About Central Bank Digital Currency of some nations and recommendations for Vietnam

Abstract

The appearance of the Fourth Industrial Revolution creates many favorable conditions for the development of digital currency. It opens up a new development trend of the world currency; however, brings to many challenges for the financial, economic, technological system, especially legal system to digital currencies. This article generalizes about Central Bank Digital Currency to propose recommendations on the formation and management of this kind of currency that meet the development needs of society in the new era.
