Organizational structure of joint stock company under Vietnamese and the Federal Republic of Germany by comparison perspective

Abstract

From our current business situation, it can be seen that legal provisions on the organizational structure of joint stock company under the 2020 Enterprise Law have remained some limitations affecting on operations of this form of company. Thereby, this paper studies the organizational structure of joint stock company in the Federal Republic of Germany and compares with our current regulations to point out the obtacles as well as propose recommendations.
