Abstract

The article analyzes provisions in CISG 1980 relating to the passing of risk such as the principle of the passing of risk, obligations in passing of risk, time of the passing of risk. Furthermore, by comparison to Vietnamese regulations, it provides some effective implementation solutions in Vietnam.
