Avoidance of contract prior to the performance date under CISG 1980 and directions for Vietnam

Abstract

The article analyzes the issue of avoidance of contract prior to the performance date under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 1980 - CISG). In comparison with Vietnamese law, some shortcomings in this issue and solutions to improve the law have been pointed out.
