Legal frameworks on preventing violence against children in some regions and completing Vietnamese laws

Abstract

In the context of globalization, Vietnam and other nations continue to implement laws to protect children rights and prevent from violence against children. Therefore, it is vital to research on prevention and combating violence against children under international commitments and regional legal frameworks to find out effective measures for this matter in Vietnam.
