Abstract

Prosecutors exercise their rights in the judicial activities of human trafficking cases to ensure the prosecution and accusation of crimes in accordance with law. This article presents the difficulties and challenges faced by Prosecutors when exercising their rights in human trafficking cases and also proposes recommendations to improve the quality of this work, to fulfil the functions and tasks of the People’s Procuracy.
