Abstract

Human trafficking in recent years is still complicated and diverse. The scale and methods are becoming more and more serious and sophisticated. In many cases, there has been the involvement of organized crimes with close collusion and activities between domestic and foreign entities. However, the Procuracy may still experience some shortcomings to exercise the right to prosecution in handling human trafficking cases. It is essential to study these causes and recommend solutions to improve the quality of prosecution in the process of handling human trafficking cases.
