Abstract

In recent years, transnational crimes and human trafficking crimes in particular have had many complicated developments. In that context, mutual legal assistance between countries is an objective requirement in the globalization process. Within the scope of this article, the author assesses the current activities of mutual legal assistance in criminal matters related to human trafficking in Viet Nam, and shares some recommendations.
