Improving the effectiveness of preventing against manufacturing and trading counterfeit goods in Vinh Phuc province of Economic police force

Abstract

Recently, the activities of manufacturing and trading of counterfeit goods in Vinh Phuc province have been complicated. Various counterfeit goods appear that affect consumers’ health and damage to other manufaturings. The article analyzes the operandi and causes of crimes, thereby proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of prevention against that crime of the Economic Police force - Vinh Phuc Provincial Police in the future.
