The right to self-help – A content of the ownership rights under the 2015 Civil Code

Abstract

The right to self-help is an important power belongs to the ownership rights. It has been recognized in our 1995 Civil Code and perfected in the 2005 and 2015 ones. The paper studies this rights from three viewpoints: Its conceptions, conditions to implement and ways to implement according to the 2015 Civil Code in comparison with the formers.
