Abstract

Currently, the implementation of judgments and decisions by the Huissier faces to difficulties when it comes to social life. This article studies the role of implementation of judgments and decisions by the Huissier, thereby proposes recommendations to improve the laws so that this activity can be strongly implemented in Vietnam.
