Obstacles in the application of regulations on tasks and powers of agencies assigned with numbers of investigative activities and orientations for improvement

Abstract

Beside the investigating agency, the agencies tasked with conducting a number of investigating activities is the competent agency conducting the proceedings, have the right to receive and handle the initial information and complaints on crimes and conduct several investigating activities according to law. The article analyzes the obstacles to the application of the regulations on the missions and powers of the agencies assigned several investigating activities; thereby, proposes some solutions to improve these regulations in the coming time.
