The People’s Procuracy in the mechanism of assigning, coordinating and controlling judicial power

Abstract

In the Socialist rule of law State of Vietnam, the mechanism for controlling State power is very broad, with many agencies participating in controlling State power, the People’s Procuracy as the controlling institution State power in judicial activities in our country. This article analyzes the role of the People’s Procuracy in the assignment, coordination and control of judicial power.
