Abstract

The crime of raping people under 16 years old has tended to increase in recent years, causing negative impacts on society. In practical investigation, the exercise the prosecution rights and supervise the investigation of these cases still has many limitations. The article focuses on analyzing and making some recommendations to improve the quality of this work in investigating rape cases of people under 16 years old in the current period.
