Perfecting law on the voting rights in Vietnam

Abstract

Voting is a particularly important event in the political life of each country and the right to vote is the basic political right of every citizen. The author focuses on analyzing the legal status and practice of voting rights in Vietnam, thereby proposing some solutions to contribute to the finalization of legal regulation and ensuring the voting rights of Vietnamese citizens in the next time.
