Several suggestions to perfect Vietnamese Penal Code on decision on sentences for multiple crimes

Abstract

Multiple crimes is an extremely complicated matter due to the differences among characteristics and nature of each particular case. Determining the characteristics and nature helps to decide the punishment accurately, strictly and in accordance with the law. The article researches and proposes to improve the current Vietnamese Penal Code for punishment decisions in the case of multiple crimes.
