Abstract

This article analyzes a number of obstacles in the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) on Crime of terrorism financing. Thereby, the author proposes some suggestions to complete the legal regulations of Article 300 to ensure that provision is truly awared and applied in reality.
