Abstract

Recently, situation of crimes on information technology and telecommunications network is very complicated. In general, the prevention and fight against this type of crime has been carried out effectively. However, there are still limitations which are caused by inadequacies of the relevant legal system. Therefore, it is essential to amended and supplemented the legal system related to prevention and fight against crimes on information technology and telecommunications networks in the next time.
