About Justifiable use of force and unjustifiable use of force under the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017)

Abstract

Justifiable use of force and unjustifiable use of force are clearly prescribed by the 2015 Penal Code but it still remains obstacles in application. The article considers the regulations of the 2015 Penal Code on justifiable use of force and damage by the unjustifiable use of force, then gives out some recommendations to improve the provisions of the law on criminal liability for persons causing damage by unjustifiable use of force.
