About the guiding viewpoints to continue to building and perfecting the law governed socialist State in the new period

Abstract

One of core contents of Resolution no. 27-NQ/TW of 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam dated November 09, 2022 is viewpoints on continuing to building and perfecting the law-governed socialist State in the new period. The paper sheds light on main contents of these viewpoints in order to raise the awareness then apply to reality to build and perfect the law-governed socialist State in the new period.
