Completing regulations on grounds for criminal charges in the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code

Abstract

Based on grounds prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code, criminal charges is the first stage of the criminal proceedings. The article analyzes general issues on the grounds for criminal charges, makes an assessment of some limitations of this regulation, then proposes solutions to improve the regulations on grounds for criminal charges in the Criminal Procedure Code.
