Completing regulations on preventive measures to offenders under 18 years old in the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code

Abstract

The paper analyzes the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code (amended and supplemented in 2021) on preventive measures to offenders under 18 years old. Thereby, it points out some shortcomings of these regulations and proposes recommendations.
