Several matters on inheritance for obligatory heirs under Article 644 of the 2015 Civil Code

Abstract

In the inheritance regime, the issue of determining the estate and the obligatory heirs has not been fully regulated and still remained different views that led to the inconsistent application of the law. The article points out several shortcomings and proposes some recommendations to improve this matter according to Article 644 of the 2015 Civil Code.
