Some comments on the Draft of Land Law (amended) related to land acquisition

Abstract

Land acquisition is a complex and sensitive matter due to direct relation to the land users’ rights and interests. Despite the improvement, in the process of implementation, the legal provisions on land acquisition have remained some shortcomings that need to amend in this revised Draft of Land Law. The article evaluates and gives a numbers of comments to improve regulations on land acquisition in the revised Draft of Land Law.
