Abstract

The Criminal Procedure Code has provisions on Prosecutor’s authority in suspect interrogation. The good performance of Prosecutors on this activities will contribute to the correct and objective settlement of criminal cases in general and drug cases in particular. During the suspect interrogation for drug cases, Prosecutors should pay attention to several important matters to better perform their duties and authority.
