ChatGPT and its impact to Vietnamese criminal law currently

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is considered as one of the key factors in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Many applications of artificial intelligence were born and quickly affected all aspects of society, including ChatGPT which is currently attracting the attention of many users in the world. It is difficult to distinguish between content created by ChatGPT or by human. Therefore, criminals can take advantages of ChatGPT to commit crimes, use dangerous tools that threaten people’s lives and properties or litigate in witness sessions... This is a big challenge for law enforcement agencies now.
