Perfecting the law on role of the Court in appointing and changing arbitrators when resolving commercial disputes by arbitration

Abstract

The article studies role of the Court in arbitration proceedings, especially the Court’s support in appointing and changing Arbitrators by assessing current legal situation and pointing out its advantages and limitations; then proposes recommendations for improvement on this matter.
