Resolving administrative land disputes by judicial mechanism in some countries and experience for Vietnam

Abstract

In the world, many countries have soon established mechanisms for the Court to resolve administrative land disputes. The Court’s organization and jurisdiction as well as procedures for resolving administrative land disputes in each country are different depending on their political-legal and economic- social conditions. The article analyzes models of resolving administrative land disputes by judicial mechanisms in some typical countries, thereby gives some suggestions and experiences for Vietnam to improve the effectiveness of resolving administrative land disputes according to administrative proceedings.
