Abstract

Protecting the rights of bona fide third parties in civil legal relations is a central issue in legal systems around the world. Legislating this issue is important in creating a legal corridor to protect bona fide and goodwill subjects. Within the scope of this article, the author outlines the characteristics and current status of the law on protecting the rights of bona fide third parties when civil transactions are void, thereby making suggestions and recommendations to improve the law.
