Law on child labor force in Vietnam – Actual situation and proposal solutions

Abstract

The article analyzes some current legal aspects related to child labor in Vietnam to evaluate the compatibility of these regulations with Conventions of the International Labor Organization. It also assesses actual situations of some regulations on child labor together with the enforcement in recent years. It is essential basis to recommend some solutions to improve the law on child labor, aiming to effectively use child labor in Vietnam in the future.
