About the theoretical model of Vietnam’s criminal law policy in the new period

Abstract

Criminal law policy is a topic with significant cognitive significance in methodology, theory and practice, an integral part of criminal policy, which needs to be built and implemented with scientific rationale in accordance with the needs of social development and crime prevention and control in each stage of the country’s development, serving as a basis for perfecting criminal law. This article initially presents the author’s concept of the theoretical model of Vietnam’s criminal law policy in the new period.
