Delegating evidence collection in civil procedure

Abstract

Delegating evidence collection holds significant importance in the resolution of cases in court. However, some legal provisions regarding the delegation of evidence collection are not specific and clear, leading to ineffective activities in this regard and causing difficulties in the process of case resolution. This article analyzes and assesses the current status of civil procedure law regarding the delegation of evidence collection, identifies shortcomings and limitations, and proposes solutions to enhance the legal framework on this issue.
