Solutions to resolve disputes by online commercial artribation in Vietnam

Abstract

Curently, commercial activities have developed with many new and complex forms. This leads to the increasing in both quantity and value of commercial disputes requyring non- traditional dispute resolution methods. The Internet and social networks are emerging as a borderless market so that the resolution of commercial disputes must also gradually follow this trend. Therefore, it is necessary to study this issue accurately and fully in both theory and practice to propose recommendations for solutions to this problem.
