Abstract

Psychological impact is the method and measures used by prosecutors to change the perception and behavior of people who commit crimes of corruption, positions, and economics related to positions. To psychologically influence that type of people to recover corrupt assets, it is necessary to flexibly use psychological influence measures such as methods of conveying information, methods of persuasion methods, methods of posing and changing thinking problems, methods of controlled psychological communication. The use of psychological influence methods by Prosecutors is great significance in the process of resolving criminal cases in general and in recovering corrupt assets in particular.
