Building Law on Digital technology industry to create legal frameworks for the development of the digital technology industry in Vietnam nowadays

Abstract

In the digital age, the digital technology industry plays a vital role that contributes to shortening the process of industrialization and modernization of the country. Therefore, it is necessary to create a comprehensive legal framework to develop the digital technology industry as well as a favorable legal environment for the birth and development of innovative new products, technologies and models. The article analyzes the roles, opportunities and challenges for the development of the digital technology industry in Vietnam and proposes some directions for developing Law on Digital Technology Industry - a legal framework for the development of this industry in our country.
