The organization of law implementation on the rights to participate in state and social management of citizens in Vietnam

Abstract

The rule of law state of the people, by the people, for the people manages society by law and ensures relationship between the state and citizens. Recognizing citizens’ basic rights by law and organizing the effective implementation of the law on citizens’ rights both demonstrates the nature and performs the social management function of the state. This article studies the organization of law implementation on the right to participate in state and social management of citizens in current conditions, then proposes a number of solutions to organize effective law implementation to promote the role of the state in social management.
