Completing regulations on judicial expertise in criminal procedures

Abstract

Judicial expertise and the implementation and issuance of expert conclusions play an crucial role in resolving criminal cases. It helps the procedure-conducting agencies to issue procedural decisions objectively, sufficiently, correctly and timely. The article analyzes limitations of judicial expertise in criminal procedures, thereby proposes solutions to improve criminal procedure law to meet the requirements of crime prevention and fight in the new situation.
