New points on dissolution of cooperatives in Law on Cooperatives in 2023

Abstract

Cooperatives dissolution is the procedure to terminate the existence of cooperatives regulated in the Law on Cooperative. In addition to appropriated provisions of the Law on Cooperative in 2012 have been inherited, a number of regulations on dissolution of cooperatives also have been amended and supplemented in the 2023 one to create favorable conditions for withdrawal of cooperatives from market. The article points out and assesses new points on dissolution of cooperatives in the Law on Cooperatives in 2023 compared to the former one.
