Investigation coordination in mutual legal assistance in criminal matters of Eurojust and implications for Vietnam

Abstract

As the European Union’s center for judicial cooperation, European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation – Eurojust has achieved many positive results in the fight against crimes generally and transnational organized crimes particularly. The article studies the legal and practical aspects of Eurojust’s investigative coordination in mutual legal assistance in criminal matters and gives out suggestions for perfecting Vietnamese law in this field.
