Discussing some legal provisions affecting life insurance business of insurance brokers

Abstract

Insurance brokerage plays an important role in the insurance business market, insurance brokerage activities are currently carried out in all fields; however, insurance brokerage enterprises are still not interested in life insurance business. To clarify this issue, the article analyzes the causes from some legal regulations on insurance business activities of insurance brokers, affecting the decisions of many brokerage enterprises not to pay attention to developing the life insurance brokerage sector and from there, proposes some solutions to improve legal regulations on life insurance business activities of insurance brokers.
