Improving the efficiency of recovering corrupt assets in solving current corruption cases

Abstract

Recently, many corruption cases have been discovered, investigated, and handled. The issue of recovering lost and misappropriated assets in corruption cases has become an essential requirement for the work of preventing, detecting, and handling corruption. The article analyzes the current situation, points out the limitations and its causes in recovering corrupt assets in resolving corruption cases. From there, it proposes a number of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of recovering corrupt assets in Vietnam in the coming time.
