Some issues on administrative sanctions in Vietnam today

Abstract

From a scientific perspective, this article aims to explain and clarify various viewpoints on certain theoretical and practical issues related to administrative sanctions, focusing on two main aspects: (1) Reviewing and evaluating the concept of administrative sanctions under current law and existing perspectives, clearly identifying whether the nature of administrative sanctions lies in adverse consequences, state coercion, or another form of legal liability; and (2) Highlighting some notable aspects in scientific awareness of measures ensuring the legal and effective implementation of current administrative sanctions.
