The internationalization trend of Vietnamese criminal law policy on corruption offences

Abstract

Trends in improving Vietnamese criminal law policy on corruption crimes are built upon the key tasks of the Party and State. In the context of increasingly deep international integration, internationalization has become a dominant factor and an objective, inevitable trend. This article focuses on analyzing and clarifying the internationalization trend in Vietnamese criminal law policy regarding corruption offences; proposes specific directions and solutions to strongly promote this important trend.
