Role of the People’s Procuracies on protecting human rights and citizen rights nowadays

Abstract

On the foundation of the Administrative Procedure Code of 2015, the paper finds its interest in analyzing and clarifying the role of the People’s Procuracies on protecting human rights and citizen rights in the administrative proceedings. Finally, it proposes some supplements and amendments for the regulations on the role of the People’s Procuracies on protecting the human rights and citizen rights in the administrative proceedings.
