Abstract

Attestations in criminal cases include different events and details. In order to make our criminal law on attestations more perfectly that meets judicial reform requirements, it is necessary to study clearly on attestations in criminal cases not only in theoretical aspect but in some nations’ criminal laws and their viewpoints on attestations also. Then some experience can be learnt in the progress of building and applying laws in Vietnam.
