Abstract

One of the basic principles in criminal proceedings included in the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code is ensuring adversary in trials. That important point helps participants in criminal proceedings determine the truth in cases, ensure fairness and transparency in trials, avoid injustice and prevent crime omission. However, this Code remains some unreasonable regulations about adversarial principles, so that the article focuses on analyzing limitations and proposing solutions to solve these problems.
