Concluding a contract under CISG 1980 by compared with Vietnamese legal regulations

Abstract

The article studies the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 1980 - CISG) 1980 on proposal for concluding a contract, acceptance a proposal for concluding a contract and the validity of the contract to find out the similarities and differences between the provisions of Vietnamese laws and CISG 1980, thereby, proposes solutions to improve the law.
