Abstract

Victims of human trafficking under the age of 18 are those who have not yet fully developed both physically and mentally. They may have limitations in knowing their rights and responsibilities when participating in legal proceedings; and may be limited in their ability to provide statements. Understanding the victims’, their psychological impacts and having a appropriate approach is an important factor  to help the relevant agencies to obtain comprehensive and objective testimonies, especially of victims under the age of 18.
