Abstract

Due to the complicated developments of human trafficking crimes, it is essential to improve the collaboration and competencies of agencies in solving these cases. This article points out solutions to improve the quality of the coordination relationship between competent agencies in receiving information about crimes, the initiation of criminal cases, and the investigation, prosecution, and adjudication human trafficking cases based on the victim-centered approach.
