Completing laws on managing Streamer in Vietnam

Abstract

The strong development of the fourth industrial revolution has created many new business activities contributing to the growth of global economy such as Streamer, Youtuber or Vlogger. Facing the negative effects of some Streamer’s activities recenlty, it is necessary to regulate and recognize Streamer as a business line. The article sheds light on professional activities of a Streamer, the formation and development of Streamer activities in Vietnam, thereby, proposes solutions to improve the law for recognizing Streamer as a conditional business in Vietnam.
